Make C3PIO with gold film bricks (there's GOT to be a solution) and put some electronics in R2 so that his head turns, lights, and he converses with C3PIO in their classic Laurel and Hardy banter with C3PIO talking (...) I vividly remember back in 1999 first seeing the LEGO logo for Episode I ((URL)) and being really excited for the minifigs that looked to be in production.
