 | | Re: Would it be a good idea if LEGO made metal axles?
|
| (...) Yes most of the 1970-76 European style gear sets (#800, #801, #802, #810, #811, #812, #813 and #814) had mainly those milky white axles. The metal ones that came in a few of these sets was for use with LEGO motors. Cheers, Gary Istok (17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.general)

|
(17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

| When my wife & I got married in 2006, one of our friends, who was aware of my AFOLness, gave us a fantastic, homemade card featuring two vignettes related to our hobbies. My wife loves to cook (URL) and I was a volunteer firefighter (URL) The cover (...) (17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.vignette, FTX) !

| Hi Wayne, (...) That does sound like fun, though it'd be quite a lot of work to set up. (Fun work, of course, but still...) (...) Thanks, I hadn't seen that one before, and it does look good. I've only taken a quick perusal so far, but I like the (...) (17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.gaming)

| | | | Re: MacNQC on Intel anyone?

| Sorry I have to bring this up again, I think it would be nice to actually have a universal binary version of MacNQC around. Does anybody know somebody who could help with achieving this? I currently have two Intel-based Macs around (plus two old G3, (...) (17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)
| | | | Re: Latest Mechs

| Hi Jon!, this might seem odd, but I like the yellow 2x2 plates and how they add to the way your mechs look. Yep, that was odd. Still I like them. Also, I was wondering, please tell me, if you had your choice of which Mech to make from the inner (...) (17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.build.mecha)
| | | | Re: off-color red bricks

| (...) No these are softer plastic, I have only noted them in the air tanks and 1xs2 plate ladders and some 1x1 plates. The are from the 70s and very earily 80s. All were a little off color. John P (17 years ago, 18-Dec-07, to lugnet.color)
