(...) It takes jobs away from the US. Often when I have had computer issues I could not understand the person I was talking to. Dell techs are in India now. (...) To be honest I don't really know, they let me in for free......lol I am lucky in that the mindstorm runs all the trains, so it gives me plenty of time to talk to people.
