Re: Review of set 7090, Crossbow Attack Review

Thanks for the honest and intelligent review! I think the problem with the new catsleline is that we've had so high expectations of it because it is clearly so much better than the most recent Castle sets. But at the same time, it isn't aywhere as (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: nxt interfaces with GPS using nxc or robotc?

(...) I've been wanting to do this for quite some time. John suggested using the IO map before, but I've never been able to get the data I needed from there. So, having played with LEGO's firmware, RobotC, and looking at other options, the only (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

I didn't have any problem compiling and installing wget (although I did have to change the default install path by hand from /usr/local to /opt/local so that it would be in my pre-existing path). However, I suspect that most Mac users would be (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.general, lugnet.cad.dev.mac, FTX)

  Lost links

I'm not a programmer, but would it be possible to make an web site that people can enter there Brickshelf id and give a link to the new web site/s? A master change of address database so we can all find each other? I could host it on my new website (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.general)

Re: Revitalizing or Replacing BrickShelf In Some Form

This is what I had hoped for, especially if the old links could be preserved. I'd love to see a tiered version of Brickshelf to make it sustainable. God Bless, Nathan BTW re your other recent post, I have no online presence requirement at the moment (...) (17 years ago, 18-Jul-07, to lugnet.general)

Re: Creative ways to run trains in small places

  Supportive Community

Dear fellow LEGO fans and LDraw users, I was deeply impressed reading how many would have supported BrickShelf with fees to keep the site alive.   Re: Old lorry

That is pretty sweet, when I saw the thumbnail my first though was "that isn't a photo?" :) Now it just needs a couple of anthropomorphic cats in it, a case of moonshine in the back, and it could be featured in Lackadaisy (prohibition era webcomic).   Rechargeable Battery Question

I am brand new to the NXT world but I would like to purchase the rechargeable battery. My question: Is the A/C adapter unique to the battery or can a train a/c adapter be used instead?
