  peeron inventory

April 1 Sunday Corrections sent to inv@peeron again are not getting posted. It has been a bit since they did a few. And again I am finding a lot of mistakes in the inventories. I still stick by the 95% figure. By posting changes needed or at least (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.inv)

Re: Couple of revised trucks and a bit more . . .

--snip-- (...) I was going to put wires up on the tram struts in Moscow but then remembered that any time I try something like that it's disastrous :( It definitely adds a lot to have them so I might try persuading my wife to do it for me. (...) Ah (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.town)

Re: Couple of revised trucks and a bit more . . .

(...) Thanks, Tim. I prefer the roll off truck myself. I notice an adjustment or two that I ned to make to the dump truck. Regarding the mirrors, I think so. Thanks for raising my awareness of them. :o) (...) Thanks. I was taking the photo's of the (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.town)

April? May? Lego flowers, abs showers???

  Re: RACHAL Changeover

(...) Windows expects it (CRLF). unix mostly (always?) use just LF, Apple use CR. Get a free text editor that can handle such lines. I have used EditPad ever since I found it - never looked back for Notpad: (URL) Anders Isaksson, Sweden BlockCAD: (2 (...) (19 years ago, 1-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: Couple of revised trucks and a bit more . . .

(...) Hi Jonathan, You're getting a super armada of trucks there. These new ones are definitely a vast improvement on the old ones. I think I prefer the slide-off. I also see they have mirrors. Does that mean you're converted? ;) Front Ave is (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.town)

  Re: LEGO fruit snacks

(...) Er, um.... have you been watching "Soilent Green" again! :-( I wonder if they have a longer lifespan than Cellulose Acetate?? Maybe TLG wouldn't allow the "patented tubes" underneath! :-) The only "clutching power" they probably have is to (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.general, FTX)

Couple of revised trucks and a bit more . . .

Hello, One of my goals for 2007 was to revisit my vehicles and make them a lot more substantial than they were. I did my garbage trucks a while ago and now with the release of the cement mixer in June, I really wanted to look at creating an engine (...)   Re: Boiler idea

(...) I had a tough time playing around with this circular schleim idea about a year ago. I had been trying to "fill in" a 1-stud-wide version of this so that I could get a circle that was roughly 6-wide (decoration on the side of a Millyard (...)   Re: Boiler idea

(...) Yeah, I guess your right, I think there is another flaw in my thinking as well but without brick in front of me I can't say for sure. I like your design! -Eric (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

  Re: IR Problems

(...) Thanks for your reply. I had to return the 1.0 RCX and motor back to school today. Those things are like gold. The 1.0 faces the 2.0 and is not in direct line of sight of the tower. The 1.0 is just to the side of the tower. I think my problem (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Re: Boiler idea

Re: LSynth on Mac OS X

(...) Well, I can't remember the name of the first guy who started it I think back in 1999. I promptly took it over and he disappeared from the web. Then Matt Gerber pitched in but I haven't seen him in a long time. Here is a blast from the past: (...) (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

  Re: Once upon a time...

(...) Stunning and very clever designs. I just love the drapes, the violins and all the many thoughtful details. It has a very clean look. I think I have the hots for the young lady in the red gown. She keeps looking back at me too! Best, Jonathan (19 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Re: Boiler idea

(...) Tim, How about using 1x1 with studs on 4 sides in the corners and 1x1 headlight bricks on one side (stud of 1x1 with 4 studs to the back of headlight brick) for connecting the plate with tiles..
