Re: Contributor Agreement License details - updated version

(...) Wouldn't this include modifying/converting...publishing the dat files themselves (a true derivative work)? (19 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: Lugnet census

(...) Well, no, not everyone who posts is a member, but your post said "...maybe we could have a census of the members in Lugnet." I don't think it's Martin who should be thanked for playing. Grok the fullness. Cheers Richie Dulin (19 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: RCX controlled GBC train drawbridge

(...) Not long at all. With the 3'+ slopping double-beam track I had at BF '06, I think it only took less than five seconds for them to clear the end... and that was for a *very* shallow slope. Given the time it takes to lift and lower the bridge, (...) (19 years ago, 7-Feb-07, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.org.us.laflrc)

Re: NASA IS GOING BACK BABY

(...) The problem is rockets use reaction mass, and need to carry it along, so the rocket equation enters into everything you do. And honestly a rocket is not a very good way to use the energy: you have to launch at high speed (rocket equation (...) (19 years ago, 6-Feb-07, to lugnet.space)

Re: Gorilla and Arm: two new mecha

Excellent models Tim. The gorilla is a nice take on the Power Suit. I'm not fond of yellow but it works well here. The other is interesting. It's good to see some mecha builders who aren't afraid to try some new things. (19 years ago, 6-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Straight LEGO Country Flags of 70's and 80's

I've made a small error in my pervious post: In the last paragraph, please substitute "the UK branch of the firm operated under the name Lever Brothers up until 1990" with "the US branch of the firm ..." (19 years ago, 6-Feb-07, to lugnet.general, FTX)
