Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

I would love to describe them, but as I said, someone is trying to sell these to me, and I SURE do not have them on hand. SO I was hoping someone had seen them/could tell me before I buy them, what's in them. Some have 2 items, 3, up to 5 sometimes (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

  Re: Brickworld Needs YOU

(...) We chose Chicago for the event because Chicago is a great metropolis and did not have a big LEGO event. This is the first Brickworld and we intend to make it successful so that it continues as an annual event. No further information is (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.events.brickworld, FTX)

  Re: NQC programming guide

(...) I googled a bit by myself, but it isn't always easy o distinguish which tutorial might be good. I've seen and bookmarked the cplusplus.com website and will have a closer look later. (...) I'll definitely take you up on that! Thanks in advance. (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Treaded Steam Vehicle

(...) I certainly enjoyed your creation. Dr. K seems a tad hare-brained - it doesn't faze him to be sitting on the nose of an enormous pressure vessel that could go sky-high at any time. And that's the way it should be - the true Adventurer spirit. (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

Re: Manchester's Millyard in the news

Those are great! I loved the trolley run heading Counter clockwise as it was heading for the ferris wheel which was in motion. Thanks for sharing! (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.mediawatch, FTX)

Re: Manchester's Millyard in the news

(...) To paraphrase Maxwell Smart (Agent 86), "that's the second longest run of straight 9V track I've ever seen!" These videos are a great way to showcase the size, complexity, and details of this layout. The "out-takes" roll reminds me of a few (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.mediawatch, FTX)

Re: Anyone know what is in a 65222/65223/65384/65501/65652 co-pack?

(...) You might want them to at least describe what's in each co-pack. most were shrink wrapped so you can at least see the set #'s. At one point the Rahkshi were also available in 3 set co-packs. Red, White and Blue in one and the Black, Green, and (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, FTX)

  Re: NQC programming guide

(...) Sorry for the self-reply, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the all-time classic C reference, the book that literally defined the language and that I used so many years ago... The C Programming Language by Brian Kernighan and Dennis (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Brickworld Needs YOU

(...) . (...) Is there any information besides the dates available yet? This is the first I've heard of this event (or any afol event) in my city, and I would definatley like to be involved. (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.events.brickworld, FTX)

  Re: NQC programming guide

(...) References for "classic" C programming are getting rather scarce, but the top hit on google for "c++ tutorial", www.cplusplus.com looks like a good place to start. It begins with the basics, and only gets into object-oriented programming in (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: NXT Synchro Drive

(...) Good links! I love those original synchro drive sites. They inspired me originally and looking at them again reminds me of a few ideas I have let slide from my brain. At the risk of this looking like link pimpage, I offered one improvement on (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Treaded Steam Vehicle

I like this! It has the rudimentary look of a new innovation, and you can almost see Kilroy's pride ;) Form has always followed function anyway ; ) I am posting a link to your post on EB (for the adventurer lovers there...). God Bless, Nathan Visit (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.adventurers, FTX)

Re: Red Drake Black Knight Flagship

I've always liked the medieval ship concept (even tried a small one myself) and this is one of the best I've seen! I like the imposing bow, overall form, and even the slightly excessive heraldry of the colour scheme. Great work. The black knights (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  My (second) favourite blog....

Wil Wheaton(yes, Wesley Crusher)'s blog got all 'Here's a Christmas list' for geeks-- (URL) blog entry points to another website--that MIGHT NOT BE SAFE FOR WORK/Families (you've been warned....) that has the full Christmas list for geeks 2006-- (...) Interesting! I never knew all those languages were from the same 'family'. Being a 'natural' language teacher I can see how knowing one helps to learn another related one, and I also appreciate the need for practice, practice and more practice. So (...)   Re: The Whaling Brig 'Egregious'

  Re: NXT Synchro Drive

(...) Yes, I think the new capabilities of the NXT are going to give us all a new perspective on the challenges we've taken on in the past. (...) Cool! There are other benefits to synchro drive as well, I suppose, such as the ability to change (...) (19 years ago, 7-Dec-06, to lugnet.robotics)
