(...) stuff (...) KB (...) after (...) I live in the same area as Tom S, and he's right. We don't get good deals here. It's not whining, just a fact.   Re: Conversation w/ a LEGO Rep

(...) Don't get me wrong - 50% off is a great deal - just not great enough to warrant asking a woman to marry you. Unless she has other qualities to recommend her, of course. Like huge ... quantities of pre 1990's Castle lego sets. (27 years ago, 21-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Using RCX with Lego Trains

Hello, I have used my RCX to control my Lego train using the wall wart for the train for power. You can run the train off of the bateries but it is pretty pathetic. (I did it once by accident.:)) I set up a simple oval track that used th e light (...) (27 years ago, 21-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Parts for LDraw or parts for POV-Ray?

(...) Gee, hath my memory deceived me? Maybe it WAS 0.83 source I wanted (I think I had 0.75 source). Carsten wasn't interested, I was. I wanted to at least bring the functionality of BriCAD (as opposed to btopia) to Windows, and perhaps build it (...) (27 years ago, 21-Aug-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Tom's Wants Page - new parts up in Wanted and Trade sections

(URL) in order to finish my computer case ( (URL) ), I need some large 6xN BLUE plates again. I'm looking mainly for 6x14s, as that will make the top the strongest. I've also added some plane wings/tails to my parts available for trade. (27 years ago, 21-Aug-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
