Just had a few ideas about the IR and 9v train situation: 1) What if we could still use the 9v controllers, motors, and track, but have the 9v motors connected to modified IR recievers (or homebrew IR's), yet have the 9v controllers (...) Some pretty baddish stuff happened, and lots of stuff has changed, but the future holds lots of potential. After putting in many years of service (...) Usually the treads just don't find purchase, but I was up til 2am last night experimenting, and think I have figured out that by adding weight to the front of the chassis and suspension on the (...) (20 years ago, 6-Jul-06, to lugnet.build.military)
