(...) I'm not certain, but I think the file size will be basically the same for each resample option since the result is an 8k 8 bit mono file. There may be slight differences. But from what I know, changes in the Newsgroup tree and re-sorting grown groups is a potential No-No from the technical and organizational point of view. Probably, to change (...) But it is small town Saskatchewan... In some similar communities there the town will sell you a property if you just pay off the taxes owing on it. It probably has a value of <$20k.
