Re: thoughts on gbc module reliability

(...) Ahh the lamentations of the GBC slave...I feel your pain. After beginning my primary GBC module a week after BF'05, I am *still* testing it. It is extremely complicated and and I've had to make countless design decisions and tradeoffs. At one (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jun-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: thoughts on gbc module reliability

(...) Rafe, It sounds like all this info jammed up in your brain, before it finally leaked out... :) All these thoughts & calculations are good. As you pointed out, for one module, it's ok if 90% of the balls pass through. However, with ten modules (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jun-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Damsel: "I'm in distress? What distress?"

(...) Thank you, Kevin. In particular, I'm pleased with how a lock of Heart's hair falls into Sam Sinister's hooked hand, and also that despite her situation she has that special careless smile of a girl who seems convinced that the world will (...)   Re: New RC Trains Are Posted on LEGO.COM

(...) how all plastic track could be more expensive than plastic + metal track. The bad thing here is that you can't buy straight track by itself! Users often end up with too much curved track... -Bryan (20 years ago, 29-Jun-06, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Ne porto io una 3033 piena. (...) Una delle due parti terminali (se nessuno si offende) potrebbe essere composta dal sub-diorama mio e di Ezio. Sono sicuro che con qualche curva (il nostro e' un 2003: 2 metri di profondita') possiamo adattarlo (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jun-06, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  thoughts on gbc module reliability

All GBCers, This will likely be a long post, so be forwarned. It contains some rambling thoughts on development and reliability of GBC modules. Now that I have started writing, I'm not sure exactly where this is headed, but I have this need to try (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jun-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Adelaide - LUGS want to meet up? (.loc.au has passed on it seems...)

Hey Tom wow, a reply! :) Would love to catch up, if it's only a few people we could hold a meet at my place? I'd love to see the Adelaide people and perhaps put some life back into the community, as I can remember a time when we'd get 10-15 posts (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jun-06, to lugnet.loc.au)
