  rtl20 wrapup

Well that was fun! Ill get to the fun stuff later (moth to a flame), but a little thing--having 8 robots on a playfield is alot different than one on one. So to stop the suspense-- 8 'bots played here ware the results-- Iain/John - 3 points Dave - 3 (...) (19 years ago, 5-Mar-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: IndyLUG's Castle layout @ C&P Expo

(...) Those sweet elves were created by Matt. I think the carts were made by Nathan, but I don't remember for sure. The chicken is, of course, not a LEGO piece. (...) Steven, that is 3 very nice machines. While the ever-present trade-off between form and functionality in town scale construction MOCs is very hard to balance, you've done it masterfully with these. Very nice! ROSCO (19 years ago, 4-Mar-06, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Viper - an Exo-Force excercise

(...) Nice job Marco! I really like the puke-green (as I call it) colour scheme! The octagonal cockpit windshield is also a nice touch and an homage to earlier LEGO Space themes. The weapon joint shouldn't be Bionicle ball-joints. LEGO is only using (...) (19 years ago, 4-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) love the lime - great colour scheme. I think the 'arms' are too stubby - one like that might have been okay. Apart from that, the shape is nice - simple, in a good way. I would certainly buy this if it were an exo-force model! mo. (19 years ago, 4-Mar-06, to lugnet.build.mecha)
