How about just writing some code for bricklink and selling it to them which takes an mlcad model and scans Bricklink for the best deal for those pieces or all pieces from one vendor etc. Kind (...) Took a crack at this, converted my yard tower design (as found in the Virtual LEGO book) as closely as I could (within reason, I switched to medium slope roof bricks since low slopes in a well rounded assortment in any earth tone are rare in that (...) Prototype question: When a timber trestle bridge crosses water, is it usual to have the timber bents permanently submerged? Or is it usual to have stone or concrete piers supporting the trestle bents? I've tried google, but can't find a clear (...) (20 years ago, 27-Aug-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Ok, I promise I'm not trying to win the prize for the oldest thread resurrected :) But when we were at Brickfest a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that many of the conversations that I was involved with were about code, and websites, and how to make (...) So nobody has any problem with the beam not having a counterbalance, and it cartwheeling wildly out of control at the begining of every game, with the slightest offset in mass between the two robots, and guilotining the lower-guy's robot (...)
