A bit of poking-about turned up a print-on-demand service that might fit the bill: (URL) lulu.com>. These guys are reportedly very easy to use -- it takes just a few minutes to upload your document, and then you (or your readers) can immediately (...) (...) I second this. Its the legacy of writing popular code. For me, I didn't really use the pre-PNG LPub as all the BMP files took up way too much space and jpeg's didn't look good. Once PNG was added though I've been playing around constantly and (...) (21 years ago, 22-Jun-05, to lugnet.cad)
