Re: New MOC - "Stalwart" Multi-Role Mecha

(...) :^P I've been building quite steadily for the past couple months on that same mecha. I've been working and reworking everything. I'll post some updates again soon. Most of it has just been structural stuff, but I want everything on this one to (...) (21 years ago, 22-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Thanks Dave! I like those three words; they describe what I was aiming for perfectly. The wheels do indeed awkward. I guess I should have "experimented" with them a bit more. Thanks again Mr. Johann! (URL) Mladen Pejic> (21 years ago, 22-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC - "Stalwart" Multi-Role Mecha

(...) Haha! Thanks Geordan! I'm glad you like the mecha. I was initially thinking about doing it "removable armour"-style, with the skeleton underneath, like you did with the (URL) Visage II>, but that proved too difficult. I agree with your comment (...) Mladen! Great to see a new mecha from you. Clunky, chunky, and clean are the first three words that pop into my head to describe this one. I love the angles on it. The wheels....not so much, but that's really my only problem with it. It just looks (...) (21 years ago, 22-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Dude I was just running around your site searching for more Mladen and here we go! This is awesome. I really like the clean elegance of the shapes you've used.   New MOC - "Stalwart" Multi-Role Mecha

(URL) Click on Image I finally completed this mecha. Phew. Anyways, this is my third posable bipedal mecha. It uses many of the techniques I developed over the years. Inspiration for it came mostly from VOTOMS (note the wheels in the heel area) and (...) (21 years ago, 22-May-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !

(...) I commented on CreateProcess in another message. Here I just wanted to say, that explains why the console window keeps showing up in the windows taskbar. That should stop happening if CreateProcess is used to launch LDView. --Travis (21 years ago, 21-May-05, to lugnet.cad)

Group project: RCX units run emergence simulation

I've wondered about this for over a year now, but haven't brought it up because of not making it to the BF events. Now I can't stand it anymore and must ask. (...) Than you very much! LDView now renders without using a batch file. I cannot test this on Windows 98 until tommorow when I get home, but this is very promising. Thanks again! Kevin (21 years ago, 21-May-05, to lugnet.cad)
