Re: 8 Wide LEGO Thomas! (pics)

(...) Yeah, well, I'm all for pendantries and all, but here is what meant. I know that Learning Curve has the Thomas license (I bought enough of them-- I oughta know!) What I didn't know is that Brio has a license in (Sweden?). Even if Brio hasn't a (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-05, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.duplo, FTX)

Re: 8 Wide LEGO Thomas! (pics)

(...) I'm going to be a pedant here and argue that there is no Thomas BRIO now, either. At least not in the US. It's a clone, not real BRIO. This site suggests that one company that makes BRIO **compatible** Thomas stuff is Learning Curve. (URL) (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-05, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.duplo)

  Re: LPub 2.3 available

(...) Hi Kevin, Is this really a problem? It strikes me that this is the 'proper' behaviour for a 24bit raytraced image. I would prefer an option to switch off the alpha as sometimes I may wish to use this feature (eg. if I had a white background (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-05, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Lego Star Wars on Cartoon Network

(...) Not sure if LEGO and/or Cartoon Network have gotten a lot of calls about the animation, but I just saw an ad on Cartoon Network done by LEGO to go to www.lego.com to see Revenge of the Brick. Either way, I just thought it was cool. Scott (21 years ago, 13-May-05, to lugnet.mediawatch)

lookinf for info on 1/16th offset building techniques.

I seem to recall a post on Lugnet that had bricks which went in offset increments of 1/16th sized steps, but I can't find the link on lugnet. Does anyone have information and pictures of such offset step building sizes? Cheers ... Geoffrey Hyde (21 years ago, 13-May-05, to lugnet.build)
