(...) I've answered about 50, and have never won. On a couple of occasions I have contacted them because the number I typed in the survey was not valid. I wrote mails (in English) to them, and got "Thank you, we've now fixed the problem" (in (...) (21 years ago, 5-May-05, to lugnet.general)
