  Re: Mystery Set

(...) Do you mean this one? (URL) Similar but different number I know. If the set picture you have is different then maybe 1066 is an update of 1063, just as the community workers set has recently been updated in the Shop at Home catalogue.   Few things to wrap up last weekend's train show

First, how'd that piece of track turn out? Related to that, I know that Jeff was walking around, taking pictures of the 'flaws' in the layout--was there any feedback regarding the layout in general? Any specific things needed? Any ideas for the (...) (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: The Compendium - Mecha Builders Links *update*

(...) Great idea! I think it could be helpfull to have a builders history in some way? I started to build my own one in (URL) here>. It needs some dividing now. I think one page per year will do for the start. The builders who like could maintain (...) (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Bravo

(...) Thank you Eric. I would like to have a group of Bravos surounded by some minifig squads all together supporting one or two medium mecha. That should look great! (...) Well, joint tech is really easy at this size! (...) Keep building, I know (...) (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: rtlToronto Space 1 (without the square brackets...)

(...) We would probably need some plain corridor sections (T and +) as many simple modules have only one connection... P.S. for those who haven't seen it, the moonbase standard is explained in extreme detail here (URL) A> (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) I would definitely be interested if this was something to do Hobby Show. I really don't want to bring the train layout to the Hobby show again. The crowed just isn't as respectful as they are at the train shows, and it's a pain to setup (...) (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: rtlToronto Space 1 (without the square brackets...)

(...) Yeah, had that discussion with my NLSO :) Out of the thousands and thousands of minifigs I own, she just had to make her little guy using a red space torso--"Hey! Those are my guys!" I says... And a nice little discussion ensued.... ;) Dave K (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) I thought it was very funny how all of us were of the same opinion: "Don't touch the classic space men!" Calum (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Why use train specs versus the Moonbase one they already have? I think Moonbase is really cool, with it's interconnecting corridors and the like? (...) Yeah, no doubt. I would like to contribute something...I've wanted to do space for a while (...) (21 years ago, 27-Apr-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
