(...) Are those blue plates on the bottom? That bouy is interesting. With the newer 1x1 round, it would not need to be studs down, but with the original 1x1 round, it had to be studs down because you wouldn't be able to center the old 1x1 round (...) (21 years ago, 14-Apr-05, to lugnet.general)
