Re: Internationalization of the part library?

(...) Well, yeah. I guess so. I feel like they're *way* pushing the "brick with modification" envelope. OTOH, your suggestions are definitely better than leaving those two parts as the only "Castle" parts. Steve (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  In support of Larry

I'm ashamed of all the Larry-bashing that's been taking place. If you've only interacted with the man online (which I believe is the case with some of his harshest critics), you have no perspective on who he really is. Hence, you're really not (...) (...) Inspired by? Uhhh, I'd say "shamelessly ripped off from" I if were a snarky Canadian, but I'm not. (Truth be told, I think it can be hard to build a minifig-scale rendition of something that actually captures the essence of said thing; you (...) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: X-Wing Mark IV

The one who supplies your plates is a very lucky (and rich) person. But, all that aside, this is a mighty fine model. You bring studless and snot to the extreme, and very pleasantly so. I disliked the randomly discolored parts on the UCS Xwing, but (...) (21 years ago, 4-Mar-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)
