(...) THe gears didn't come with the set--they were just in the box when I got it--the instructions don't show them listed. I'm glad I got them, though--they're different than the gears in the other 2 old sets I have--these ones fit the old black (...) (21 years ago, 28-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Eric, I believe the 107 set came in two versions. The first version had a blue motor and battery box. The second version had a black motor & battery box (not currently listed on Lugnet as a separate set). The blue version came out in the 60's; (...) (21 years ago, 28-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)
