  Wild Hunters (designer set 4884)

Following up Deep Sea Predators, I don't think there has been a Lego set like this one - it is a lion sculpture, almost kitten-sized. This I will buy right away. (URL) with wolf and vulture. (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.year.2005)

  Re: It's the oddest thing...

I'm running Apache 2.0.52 on Win2K Pro just fine. Here's a guess: you mentioned that you're running 2K SERVER... any chance that the OS runs IIS by default and Apache is fighting for possesion of port 80? Mario It took a non-Lego question to get me (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Shogun, BAM (Big *** Mech)

(...) Whoah. I'll let the other guys discuss the technical wizardry, for me Shogun is all about the art. I'm likin' the transition from the upper to the lower knee, with the overhangs on either end. The compact hip and waist design allows you to (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Packing the Mountain

(...) Cut up bed sheets?! Man, all that smack I've been taking for carrying my MOC's on boards with strings for handles, and now I find the king of all LEGO mountains being lifted by bedsheet rags. Hoo boy, the comeback smack will be fierce... ; ) (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.us.indylug)

  Re: PodBrix Minifig

Nothing to do with PodBrix, nothing at all. But also an artist selling one simple item on a website, (URL) the FAQ and don't be drinking milk. (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.fun)

  Laser Level

I picked up a laser level on the weekend. It was on at canadian tire for $23 down from $60. I figured for that price it was worth a try to see if it would help with setting up the train layout. It comes with a tripod so we can set it at a particular (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Packing the Mountain

I took the mountain apart tonight and made some sequential pictures. Some of the boxes are a little snug so I use pieces of a cut up bed sheet to lower the sections in and lift them out. All total it's 17 boxes and 8 table sections. It took about (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Shogun, BAM (Big *** Mech)

This is, by far, a mech with extreme coolness factor. I can almost see the missile salvos going off... and that kind of imagination is something I have in short supply nowadays. Great work man, Great work. Oz (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: 1900s Downtown hotel

(...) I was out of town this weekend and missed this gem! Very nicely done, JT! It has just the right combination of interesting details and surfaces without being too unnecessarily busy. It is, for my money, very "believable". I look forward to (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)
