First up, please be sure to read the terms & conditions of my store, Far North Bricks. Also please note that some of the used torsos may be more faded or scratched than the others, however, if you want to enquire about a particular torso I'm more (...) Lately I've been very interested in #6762 Legoredo, wish they'd rerelease it as a Legend, so I decided to go to Lego.com and do a search for it, just in case they still had some. :) Anyways, among the search results was the front page of a Lego club (...) (...) Thanks! And from the other post ((URL)), it appears that the ABS will start to give way around 80 deg Celsius. Btw, I think your invention could also do hot dogs and bacon rashers for a fuller breakfast ;-) CS (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.robotics, FTX)

(...) I really like it, Kurt! The sail plan and fighting tops are very realistic. I also like the boat hanging over the stern. The after castle seems a bit high for a frigate, however the proportions are otherwise very nice. Nice ensign as well! (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.pirates, FTX)

Just a couple of comments. First, that is a great idea for the toes! I like your style of having two or three toes fanned out claw-style, but I didn't like how it seemed to flatten the feet out, I always thought they'd look better with a little more (...) Those engines were built by me. I have been building Lego Steam engines for about 13 years now. Most are 100% Lego parts, but a few like the small yellow one has clear oscillating cyliders that I machined out of acrylic(plexiglas). The red engine (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.general)

(...) Best to wait till the set is released. There are many ways to do it. And it looks like it IS set up as a loop, I guess maybe using a couple of the wide track links, but maybe not. I'm guessing as much as you. ROSCO (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

(...) One of the really neat things about new models from LEGO, when they're well done, is that there are lots of neat tricks to learn from... rather than trying to suss everything out in advance, you might consider just waiting till the model is (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)

My next question is about how the chain/string is setup. In JC's design, the string isn't set up like a loop. I can see how this would work, but what is confusing me is how they would set up the chain as a non-loop object. Could you tell me how this (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-05, to lugnet.technic)
