I was just looking at the "dots" of the monster thread of "Re: A Community Problem (Was: Re: 10152 Update)" and I think I'll build it in LEGO® elements! I don't know if anyone cares about this, but -- I think I figured out something about Legway-type bots and the software that drives them. The puzzle is: why do some versions need a full PID controller (Proportional-Derivative Integral feedback), (...) (21 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.robotics)

Can anyone tell me what type of transistor is in a surface mount package marked "E16"? They're used in the Cybermaster radio tower. Are the transistors NPN or PNP? Do they have the usual pin-out (collector on its own, base and emitter on the other (...) (21 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.robotics)
