Just wanted to take a moment and thank Napoleon and the rest of rtlToronto for inviting representation of the J-LUG down to participate in the latest train display. I had a great time and really enjoyed the on topic and even more, the very off topic (...) (21 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  WA KB Toys Closing

For those of you in the Seattle area, both of the Alderwood Mall KB Toys locations are closing. I didn't go in to check it out, but both stores have "Everything at least 30% off" signs along the street. Kristine (21 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Captain Cool-Guy: The Expanded Universe

(...) Very tacky to respond to my own post, I know. But I posted this late and forgot to give credit to (URL) Takagaki> for the hands on Major Attitude. He is an extremely innovative builder. Felix (21 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Behind the curtains - LEGO Factory AFOL Project Team

(...) What do you mean? I don't understand. 8^) (...) Hey, I'm fine with his age, but I think that TLG is missing an opportunity here. Sure, it's nice that AFOLs have contributed to this project, but if he can legitmately assert that teens/children (...) (21 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

  Re: Universal Color List...finally

(...) Good question. (snip) Here's a good example of colors in a 2005 set that are not mentioned in the above list... (URL) Purple ! Go Lime ! now if only there were a 'pink pod' ;) Ray (21 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.color, lugnet.lego, FTX)

Re: Appreciating what TLG and Lego Direct have done for AFOL's

(...) And what point is that? The point is only worthwhile if Jake hasn't done anything - and the reality is that he has done something. He's done a lot. (...) No I am not. By TLG interacting, I refer to talking with a few marketing represetatives, (...) (21 years ago, 22-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego)
