Re: Upon Furthur Review... and something to look for

(...) I agree completely with your 2nd viewing assessment, though I also knew going in the first time, that Jar Jar was going to be a nuissence, so I was able to look past him, but you do have to admit that he's well done technically, if overly (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Train Windows service packs

If we convince them, and that is a BIG if, we will get at best ONE pack. Asking for multiple packs in different colors is a non starter, in my opinion. Given that, I would ask that the pack have doors AND windows in a number of different colors. The (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Another Cryo Chamber(s)  [DAT]

(...) <Snipped DAT> Great chamber! I wish I had the transparent half cylinders. I missed the Exploriens sets when they came out. :-( I've used Tom's idea so far and it looks something like what's attached. I didn't realize I had so many car (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)

  Re: SW plots (Spoilers)

(...) Single "climate" or single "season"? I think climates of Tatoonie (Ep1, Ep4 and Ep6), Degobah (Ep2), Hoth (Ep5) and Yavin 4 (Ep6) are totally different. If you mean "season", then, well..think about the insignificant changes in "climate" (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Starwars and AT-AT

(...) One of these come with the Sith Infiltraitor as well. I am not sure that they would work for an AT-AT though they seem to small to me. (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Master Grade Lego Models

John VanZwieten wrote in message ... (...) think (...) LDAO) (...) to (...) lines (...) LeoCAD has no such limit, too. As an example, you can see my Titanic MOC consisting of 1800+ pieces on LeoCAD Model Gallery page. I'm not sure if I converted it (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Where should I center this one?

(...) The center should be on the rotation point. Like you said, rotating the pieces when the rotation point is not centered on the hinge is a bigger pain than getting the pieces into the right position. (It would be great if some future version of (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Richard wants to rub it in...

(...) Which brings up a question... why do those folks in the US get to see new sets before we do? Anyone with any theories? Oh, well, I suppose that's one reason I should be glad that I'm back in Asia (yes, we've got those SW out as well - can't (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Delurk and a few Q's

Hi! Haven't been on lugnet for quite sometime now, but was quite pleased to see that lugnet.loc.sg has got some posts in it :) Should have checked it last before I went to S'pore last month, but oh, well... Anyway, spent about S$300 on legos in (...) (26 years ago, 24-May-99, to lugnet.loc.sg)
