Has anyone used the diagrams off the HB wesite for connecting the 6500 sonar. If so, could someone please tell an ignorant CS major, what the six diodes are for, and if anything else can be substituted for them. My local Radio Crack seems to be out (...) It is straight-thru. Please note that if you are connecting from a 9-pin male PC port to the HB interface's 25-pin female, the means that you have the following mapping: DB-9 DB-25 2 3 3 2 5 7 In other words, the same cable as you would use to (...)
