Re: Multiple people/mass purchase/divide up pieces

(...) I was thinking this: I *know* set 'A' comes with 4 copy's of piece 'B'. I want 80 copies of piece 'B'. So that means 20 copys set 'A'. My thinking is that set 'A' includes piece 'C' that someone else might want (20 sets worth) and so on. Then (...) (24 years ago, 8-Dec-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: How do you view your LEGO collection?

I would answer this way: a: 70% c: 15% (I sell old sets to finance more brick purchases) z: 15% (z would be the nostalgia of collecting the sets of my childhood and sets from the past that were well designed) -- Thomas Main main@appstate.edu (...) (24 years ago, 8-Dec-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: HELP! I'm out of control!

(...) I'm happy for you... However, a person can NEVER have too many bricks! The more bricks = the more freedom to create.   Re: Shell LEGO

So, has anyone found the 'other' SHELL promo sets in Michigan yet? I've seen the 10 mini-sets (sets 2535 through 2544), but not the larger ones. I talked to one store owner/manager, she said the bigger sets (including the Ferrari) were supposed to (...) (24 years ago, 8-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.us.mi)
