  Re: Ldlite problems

(...) The problem I had with the "bump" in ldlite was, I think, caused by trying to use ldlite to view the MPD'd file from the lugnet webpage. Saving the file, and putting it all together correctly, solved the problem. (...) I don't have any (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: $3 per gray medium slope corner brick!

(...) Two in each. 5976 River Boat Expedition (Adv 1999) also comes with two. Of the two, 5976 is far superior for parting out, if more expensive. (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Model Team #5571 Monster Big Rig for sale

Yeah, well, I'm hoping to get at least 6 more, but I CERTAINLY wouldn't value them at $30/set. I'd rather crack open my "spare" 5571 and pull them out of there than pay more than about $10-15 for a set of 6. (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Fun With Differentials (was: ok, time for a stupid question...)

Succumbing to peer pressure to acquire a digital camera and put Lego(r) on a web page: I've come up with another implementation of Leo Dorst's adder/subtractor. Mine fits in a single plane and is (I believe) fairly efficient gear-wise. It's pretty (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: AC Adapter Specs?

I had posed this question to Fred Martin at MIT who was involved in the designing of the Programmable Brick/RCX and this was his response; (...) This is by no means an official response from The Lego Group. Pete (...) -- Did you check the web site (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

FT 4536 Blue Hopper or 4537 Twin Tank Car

Hi all, I am after some spare parts and am prepared to trade groups of them for one of the above complete sets. I have many other sets that could be traded. I'm after: Group One: 10 Black 1x1x2 high, classic windows with glass in good condition. 4 (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Requesting Pneumatics Links!

Sorry, that's why I'm trying to collect most/all of them so I can just make a page all on pneumatics (I'm starting to love the things...Really useful). Chris Magno has a page with some pneumatic walkers: (URL) Really cool site for implementing (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Wheels, Treads, Feet, etc...

Wheels... Definatly wheels. Larger ones in the rear and smaller ones in the front. I have done some work with a mini-stock race crew and use some of the knowledge gained there in my designs. Hopefully soon I'll get the pics of my dragster on the (...) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: SEV2

(...) I'll second that. In fact, I'd have to say it's one of the coolest space-type models I've seen. I'd love to see an animation. :) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.build)

Re: Model Team #5571 Monster Big Rig for sale

(...) Wow... Good thing I already promised the 6 I have to Tom and that I'm a man of my word. Otherwise I'd be $30 richer and 6 tires lighter. :) (26 years ago, 26-Jan-99, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
