  Re: KMart Circular

(...) Doh! Yes, $4.99 - Four dollars and nintey-nine cents. Bad fingers, bad! And I learned something today (ok, I'm a newbie, mayB this is common knowledge)... those purple buckets have bricks only, no plates (at least not in the two I got). -- (...)   Re: Those "new" Ziploc Storage Containers

On Fri, 22 Jan 1999 03:12:58 GMT, Rob Farver uttered the following profundities... (...) Wouldn't you find it annoying though, getting mustard/butter/ other topping/condement/etc. on your bricks?   Re: AC Adapter Specs?

(...) No. If you take one with too small a current rating, however, you could overload the Power Supply and fry that. Or, maybe, you'll find that oyur batteries still drain even with the RCX plugged in :) I would think 800 mAmps should be enough, (...) (26 years ago, 24-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  RE: DATALOG and C

There is no way that the RCX can explicitly start an upload, it has to be requested by the PC. There is no problem however aquiring your goal with messages or variables. The best way I have found to achive your goal is to let the RCX signal to the (...) (26 years ago, 24-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Robolab for the World!

(...) No, we sure wouldn't. I mean, all software on all our machines is quite legal, right? I say to you, sir, Poppycock! Jasper (26 years ago, 24-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Analog Ports

I have the MTJPRO11 board by Mekatronix as well as the MIT HandyBoard both use the 68HC11A1FN mcu. I am using hacked Sharp GP1U58 'tin can' detectors so that they output analog voltage from 1.5 to 2.5 ( effective proximity range is approximately 4" (...)   Re: Removable lightsaber blades confirmed

I thought I saw a lightsabre in the cockpit of either the snowspeeder or y-wing (can't remember which) but I thought "no, that can't be, the whole thing wouldn't fit in there." But I couldn't figure out what else that could be in there. Now I (...) (26 years ago, 24-Jan-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: KMart Circular

(...) You do mean 4.99, don't you? I'd hesitate to think about how large the parts would have to be otherwise, a bucket full of 400 BURPs... :) Jasper (26 years ago, 24-Jan-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ga.atl)
