(...) My 2 cents. The martian set, 7315, is a wrap and the Escape Pod is a cylinder. (25 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

  one motor- four diffrent axles

I had a great idea. I'm not sure if anyone has done this before, but I have found a way to make one motor drive four (or more) axles, individually! The downside is that only one axle can be rotated at a time and in only one direction, and I'm having (...) (25 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Greenberg Train Show - Charlotte 12/16 & 12/17

I'll be going out of the country a day later so it's a bad time for me to be away. I doubt that I would be able to go to Charlotte at all on those days. I can make time to help make tables between now and then. Cary "Mike Walsh" (...) (25 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.org.us.nclug, lugnet.loc.us.nc, lugnet.loc.us.nc.ral, lugnet.loc.us.nc.cha)

  Re: New parts for 2001?

(...) Yup, noted the feet were actually click plates in the clearer picture of the movie studio sets. The arms look rounded rather than like small versions of the 1x4 brick with click ends. I think they'll be more like click hinge versions of the (...) (25 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

  Lego set #7171 prices

My Target discounted some SW Ep 1 last August and didn't restock any. 1999 SW is totally gone now around New York Targets. (Maybe they sent it to the other stores!) I haven't come across any of the Wal-Mart or TRU bundles either. And I'm looking for (...) (25 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: New parts for 2001?

Looks to me like a plastic sheet, and the holes at each corner (and middle) fit over Technic "ball and socket" pins - look carefully on the INSIDE of it at the top, you can see the holes of a Technic beam showing through the sheet. (...) -- | Tom (...) (25 years ago, 26-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: What is with the Technic Stormtrooper?

(...) I couldn't agree more!!! (...) Does Lucasfilm Licensing listen to complaints from fans? Maybe if enough people write and complain, they'll crack down on LEGO for making crap like this and it won't happen in 2002. (Well, I can dream, can't I?) (...)
