  Re: Cracking Torsos

Wow. A corollary question: does anyone else see torsos+arms+hands as one piece and would feel less than Pure swapping them? (26 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Island Hopper

Funny, I just purchased the Island Hopper also. Should be getting here today. I was attracted towards it because it'll go good with regular town sets if you remove the pterodactl. It *looks* pretty big also, esp. for only $20. (expensive, but IMO, (...) (26 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  What is a bobbin(sp)?

This is a silly question: What is a bobbin(sp)? I tried to find its function on-line or in textbooks, but I couldn't find much. A friend gave me a box filled with robot parts, including these things call bobbin. What are they? -- Ray (26 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  Re: Tente?

(...) Space and Navy really - I'd love an aircraft carrier - some of the newer stuff was rubbish though - too many custom parts and micro-fig people. Carbon 60 (26 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Lugola Logo

I just got finished looking at the pictures from kidvention: (URL) nice but it just got me thinking, we need a logo. I mean if these train guys can have one why can't we. Especially with extremely artistic fellows like Mike and Henry around. So here (...) (26 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.org.us.lugola)

(refering to probably my favorite Elton John song) Is Jonathan Stephenson still around? The pages on his awesome Technic cars are not where there where they used to be. Can someone redirect me? TTYL SRC (26 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: GMLTC at the Kidvention

GMLTC, PNLTC and others, Please accept my most humble apologizes for not getting the PNLTC logo'd rolling stock to GMLTC for display at Kidvention.   m520 basic building set  [DAT]

How do you model a basic building set? I've placed all the instructions on one page and I've inserted comments in the file where each different model starts. Has anybody better ideas?   Re: Greenburg Show Dec 2nd & 3rd in Wilmington MA

(...) Definitely. Perhaps we could even have some animated minifigs.... I'd like to try something that automatically loads/unloads some cargo automatically, and perhaps even a factory which "processes" that cargo in some way. (Perhaps this could (...)   Re: Underwater ROV

Hi all! As I promissed, here are some more news about my underwater project: - I changed a little bit the structure to make it lighter, now I use some coins (pennies & nickels) to regulate the weight; - I also tried steering with the big propeller (...)   Cabling concerns

I am putting together a somewhat modular robot: The main controller and batteries are to be connected to peripheral motors (and controller) via cable-- around 5 feet distance.   Re: Wet rock raiders?

(...) Hi, In a way, the two are similiar. Look at it another way and they are completely different. Ok let's observe. Similiarities: 1. They both drill for crystals needed for survival. 2.   Re: Buying used lego

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately my £300 offer was not enough and a lady came down from Nottingham to pay £650 for it. The minifigs were a bit worn and I had my reservations at the time, so thanks Scott. If anyone's interested, there was a 6990, (...) (26 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
