Re: Still 2am, any Famous people into Lego?

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) If anyone finds out whether or not Color Forms stick to Lego, let me know. My mother works for a company that makes the color form material and then sells it to the companies that print on it. Therefore I should be able to get some loose (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Model of a rockface  [DAT]

Here is something new. I used MLCad to model a simple rockface. See attached file. I then created a mini-fig to climb it. I used POV to render it into 3D.   set#3340 in stock at LEGO S@H USA

I called S@H to order some bulk trees. They had the Emperor/Darth pack #3340 in stock, and they backordered for me the other three SW packs. The funny thing is that they had #3343 listed in their system as "Pit Droids with Leader" not Battle Droids. (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Boston & Maine GP9 Locomotive

(...) Dear Eric, as you say: the region above the logo is a little bit weak. Please excuse my open word, but I immediately thought about a camel, when I saw the engine first. But if you solve that problem and if you add some more details (e.g. (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) Glad to see I'm not alone. :-) I just remembered someone commenting about me disliking the walls, so I figured I'm in a minority about this. I agree with Richard, though- patterned walls would be nice to see. Or, if that would work, stickers (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: bulk ordering is (not) here! (was - Re: bulk ordering is her e! )

Same thoughts here. I was very happy to see the tiles be so cheap. They were always the element I didn't really want to let go of, but, since I can't keep everything, those would go up for grabs. Of course, the color & size choice are a bit (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

How 'bout we start a lug...

I've been mulling this for a while, why don't we try to organize a Lug over the summer.   Re: Getting dust off built sets

(...) I've had pretty good luck with so-called static dusters ("as seen on late- night TV", at least a few years ago. ;) You can pick these up at K-Mart/ Target/Wal-Mart etc. They are similar to a feather duster except they're made with fine plastic (...)   Re: Bulk castle parts?

(...) Yeah, I know what you mean there. The 'rock pattern' walls are pretty nice. I wonder...a lot of people don't like stickers because they're so permanent, but does anybody remember Colorforms? They were a sort of thick plastic 'sticker' that you (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

I have been following these threads with much excitement and a little disappointment. I am all alone....
