(...) They have had AFAIK, unpainted heads in lots of colors, but the only color other than yellow I know of with a pattern on it was the robot head. (26 years ago, 30-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.debate)

(...) They've made white (Gasgano), black (Darth Maul), red (UFO), blue (UFO also), and grey (Insectoids and Darth Vader) minifig heads. (...) The part you seek was posted to the lugnet.cad.dat.parts newsgroup as 4266 Technic Wheel 20x30 (search on that to find the messages). I think that is the part you need anyway, I cant find anything else that fits (26 years ago, 30-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad)

I can't seem to figure out how the "enter rotation" option works when you right click on a part. I'll enter a value in and sometimes the rotation makes sense, and other times I can't figure out why its doing whats its doing. For instance I'll rotate (...)
