OK fellows, I want to chime in here for a moment..... I can't confirm this one way or another. What made me agree with Ben about this is the fact that those 352 Windmill instructions show the different levels of the building progression in different (...) (26 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.trains, lugnet.general)
