(...) I believe you're supposed to do this with a "regular" explorer window, NOT Internet Explorer. Try "Start/Programs/Windows Explorer", or right click on "My Computer" and select Explore. I just tried it on Windows 2000 and I had to use (...) (26 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad)

In a batch of eBay winnings[1], I found a single 1x2 police brick. The printing looks like that in the police station from 1979 (best seen in the instructions at (URL)), but the rest of that set isn't there. The font is smaller than the one used in (...) (26 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.town, lugnet.general)
