Even if he did copy this picture off your website, you have no copyrights to it anyway, because you scanned in a copyrighted photo from a Lego brochure. As far as copyrights, it only covers original work you've done, not pictures or brochures (...) (26 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

With the reintroduction of Castle and the long-unseen and much-coveted maiden's cap returning in black, it's clear that every theme or sub-theme that TLG produces would profit greatly (...)
