  Re: Adding height to minifigs?

(...) Some people don't use legs at all, but bricks. That way you can make a minifig at any height you want - dwarves, giants, Michael Jordan; they're all possible if you use bricks. :-) HTH, -Shiri (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: DUPLO Egg Gardening

Suzanne, This is very, very cool...and educational too! Hope the LEGO police dept. doesn't look too closely at what's sprouting in the green egg...hehe...then again, they've got their hands full with the Brickster. -- Thomas Main main@appstate.edu (...)   Re: ===== MLCad V1.8 IS AVAILABLE =====

Well, thank you Michael. MLCad 1.8 seems to work well. Mouse rotation and translation are very useful. Direct insertion of lines triangles and quads will give me a big help in parts creation. I hope you could soon add precise rotation functions to (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: Checking for bowtie quads?

Just a question... Does the quad should be plane, is there any problem to get 4 non-coplanar points ? Damien. (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  New soccer sets available

Hmm, someone's already auctioning off the new soccer stuff: (URL) seller is in Hong Kong which seems an unlikely place to release sets first. Has anyone seen these sets? (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Checking for bowtie quads?

  Re: Adding height to minifigs?

(...) How 'bout using a 1x2 hinge at the waist with 1x2 bricks and plates for height? This will still allow you to have the 'fig bend at the waist, though he will have a hard time sitting in one spot. -Cheese (26 years ago, 29-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)
