| I got my assembled & tested expansion board via air mail from Patrick Hui of the Robot Store, HK ((URL) fairly quickly, and at an excellent price. | Hi I'm using the L297/L298 chip configuration to run 4-phase unipolar stepper motors. Currently I'm driving them in half-step mode but I'm not getting enough torque.. :( Has anyone successfully gotten the L297 chip into wave drive mode? I believe I (...) | After assembling my first <set:8480 Technic Shuttle>, I popped the batteries in and proceeded to experiment with all of the different switches and motors. Everything works except for the fiber optics. The rotor in the fiber optic unit goes around, (...) (26 years ago, 17-Mar-00, to lugnet.technic)
