  Re: Best Lego Dream

(...) but bins, barrels and sacks of LEGO everywhere. I go up to the counter where I order "2 scoops of white stairstep arches, a pound and a half of blue 2x2 windows, and a sack of clear 2x2 quarter circle bricks to go". Gary Istok (26 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)

I need parts, and I can make you famous

Well, I can make you a little bit famous. I need two parts modeled for a series of articles I'm writing for the O'Reilly Network ((URL) Anyone who models these parts for me will be acknowledged by name (including a web link, if you wish) in the body (...)   Re: Lego Dacta

Leg godt, Jacob (...) (26 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.dk)

Re: Extraordinary style + details in a spaceship

(...) Your work has a nice detail considering its size. I especially like the last one with no head unit. Maybe you already know but my version of Starship Troopers is like this. With a good-old lego person in it. (URL) powered suit is a "armoured (...) (26 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.modelteam)

Re: Extraordinary style + details in a spaceship

(...) It may take days to discuss about this. :) But the director Mr.Tomino says it was a must to break out "old" Gundams after the 20th anniversary since his memorial first series. And there was no other mecha-designers than Mead he think that can (...) (26 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.modelteam)

Re: Why I think we'll get Stormtroopers + Imperial ships

Some of these scenes were filmed but the sequence was never completed. In the original ESB trailer you can see a bit where C-3PO rips a sign off a door. This sign says "DANGER" (not in english, of course) and you can still see that door in the (...) (26 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Extraordinary style + details in a spaceship

(...) To record my models as a CAD data takes time... Especially when the model is as large as the spaceship model. If I had a time to digitize the previous models, I rather like to use it to create more new models. I wish for a super x-ray scanner (...)   Re: Extraordinary style + details in a spaceship

(...) It's about 80cm/32in long. I tried not to "just assemble standard bricks and make boring big ship". Ken Takeuchi (26 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.modelteam)

  Re: Falcon revealed! Big news!

(...) know (...) Seems to me that we're still looking at a preproduction mockup. The radar dish is a pretty big oops, but that may be a deliberate mistake for sourcing where leaks come from. James (URL) (26 years ago, 8-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)
