#7 is the best yet

Well well well, lookie here. Someone I never got a chance to say Thank You to. ...and if it ain’t Mr. Goldman him self, you frelling magnificent bastard. If I had half the trans green 2x2 bricks you do, (and I do) I’d feel at liberty because I known ya’s, I’d bounce bricks off your grizzle, and spit shine that bar stool, because your A#1. You bricks of bricksters, the bricksteriest bricks brickster that ever bricked a brick.

You brick’n bastid.

That’s crazy talk!

.....bubb-bub-bubbbbabubba butt....zub zub zub zub zuurn

Hey gang, I’m back and back strong with my latest Moonbase Module. Mech Bay 07. This Moonbase was the product of lots of basic Red Brick. I worked on the construction for about 2 hours a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

6 weeks to build.

What is that in dog years? Cause your version of time and everyone elses is not the same. You are the Mag Bas of Mecha.

Mag Bas confirmed. Submitted, signed in triplicate, copied, certified, queried, lost found and finnaly, I’m a mouse.

The Facility consists of a Main Repair Bay in the center of the base and two vehicle supply docks at either side:

So much going on...its like a where’s waldo scenario. Brilliant.

Where’s Mag Bas? Plus I put one brown monkey arm on the thing and in plain sight! For you, all for you Mr. Goldman. Oh why why did you not comment on said monkey arm. Alas. Why? I’ll tell ya. Did you get that thing I sent ya?

The Hover Fish Dock, for small equipment and supplies.

...and the Support Vehicle 3; SV3 wheeled vehicle, for Bot arms, legs and other components.

The Hover Fish, light runabout, ferries parts and small electronics packages to and from the base. I really like the compact design and it took some carefull building to come up with a design that gelled.

The fish that saved Pittburgh, is Gabe Kaplan behind the wheel? You should throw this one into the hovercraft competition. Slap a gun on it Sophie..just once...you know you want to.

Oh but let me tell you about all my new factions!

...in great detail!

With stunning photography stories, websites and more!

The SV3, wheeled vehicle has 4 wheel steering and a cab crew of two. A support duty crew of 4 rides in the back to help stow Bot parts when called to action.

A lunar ghetto ride if there ever was one. Ready for action!

That’s it, offense taken, I challange you to a MOC off, that or a Lego Tat. I’m not going to buckle, or flinch. I have your Tech.

A pair of upper manipulator arms repair and tend to the top portion of the Little Bot.

Ooooh, manipulator arms

Uh huh, wanna, use them?

While a pair of lower manipulator arms repair and tend to the lower portion the Little Bot.

Ooooh...more manipulator arms.

Only two at a time please. ..and no swaying.

A pair of service cranes sit high above the two vehicle docks to unload and swing parts up to the main over head crane’s service pass through platform.

The whole thing is impressive, but its the small details like the cranes and gantry that make the song rock.

Can you tell me more about my cranes fly boy, because you used such nice ASCII. RrrrRrwwll.

A crew compliment of 50+ Mini-figs keep the facility brimming with activity. Although, I did not have a chance yet to fully detail the upper floors and rear section of the main gantry building, this is something I plan to do casually over the next few weeks.

Phase II begins soon huh? I’d like to reserve some loft space if you have it.

Well your just in time! I’m actually in the future now, September 22, 2005, and I got a loft space, and I decided to enter in to Phase II the other night!

I took it apart so I could build an even better more gooder versions’s. Then I found, wow, this is nuts, taking this apart is um, akkk, I need more bins, the bins, need the bins.

Then pssst, peek below, look at the mess of threads, tsk tsk, let’s just say, Stay Golden Goldman, I got my 5 Gold Bricks today with my Shop @ Home order, you brick’n bricked out brick’n brickster.

Brick on and brick be the brick, you know.

The Module has 3 corridor connections. One East, one West and one North.

And not one of them defended with poison gas, or machine guns!

I may, I may, have shall we say, Biomechanical um, things , that you know do stuff and, ehhh, while looking pleasant, may indeed, be *cough C*cough, your demise *cough. Frikk’n Goldman.

I enjoyed the building process. I worked hard and looked forward to the day when I could share it with all of you here on LUGNET.

Sharing is for idiots and Canadians, I think you’ve been teaching that class for too long. “Mr. Sophie? James is poking a worm-gear up his nose again.”

I know, look what I got. Though I was able to see through to the smiles. Did I mention you were a Mag Bas, and there should be a dart board made in you likeness, plus I heard you were in a Psuedo Fireman’s photoshoot with your MOCs? The failed Fire Themed MOC by Goldman, is this true? With the pole and everything? Then you burned it?

   PLMKWYT! It’s fun like that!

You know what I think....Epic scale is always arousing, especially with this level of detail, and moving-part goodness. I also think that you should just get on with it and build a mecha big enough to accomodate your spindly frame, you know you’ll do it eventually.

Hey I’m big in all the right MOCs. Brick’n bastid.
