obb - First Display of 2012

The obb is gearing up for its first display of the YEAR!
Once again we will be taking over an empty shop at the St Jacobs Outlet mall,
right beside The Toy Building Zone (LEGO toy store). Your creations will be
displayed safely behind glass in a locked shop for all the passerby shoppers to
view and enjoy.
The response to this display has always been very positive. Since our group is
always growing, this year we are breaking our display time into three theme
groups, so the AFOL displayers get a better window placement and so we arent so
crowded.
The current theme is SPACE and SCI-Fi - Jan 15th
Then we will do Historical - Date TBA
Then finally we will wrap up with Town and Train - Date TBA
If you have something else you want to display that doesnt fit in these
categories. I have alternate spaces at my disposal, so lets talk!
Members of obb, please bring out your SPACE and SCI-Fi MOCs on Sunday Jan 15th
some time between 11-4 pm, you will be given a 10% discount on anything at the
store as a small token of our appreciation.
As well, please feel free to join us at Angels, in Guelph for the monthly
WHaCKoLuG dinner afterwards at 6pm.
