purchase of $75 or more. In store only, excludes express locations. Min 10 per

Does anyone know if these are cumulative? If you buy $75 of Technic do you get

While picking up some collectible minifigs at Chapters this week, I was
pleasantly surprised to see that they have the two new train sets in stock
(cargo and passenger). Nice to see trains in stock other than occasionally at
TRU.
