| All, Currently, the bulk discount only applies to the items on page 30 and 31 of the catalog and only in North America. I've appended the entire list of item numbers below for your reference. The theory is that these are numbered this way because they are "mistakes"... that is, they were put in the catalog erroneously (who would want a red door with a green pane if there are no windows to go with it, or a ridge tile for low slopes (...)
