...with LEGO Island the game. (Ill pass on the comments that I need help
personally. Thats another post in another place.) This is not to be confused
with LEGO Island 2, or LEGO Island Extreme stunts.
Specifically, I need a set of directions on how to play the game. I have a disc,
rescued from oblivion, but with no ideas on how to move I am slowly thinking of
returning the disc to a fate worse than death. (Well, okay. Ill keep it as a
curiosity, if nothing else.)
If anyone out there can lend a hand, please post here and Ill contact you.
Play Well and Prosper!

What? Is it bad to post in this group?

Sorry about this everyone but I felt the need to come here and vent...
I'm playing Lego Island 2 - on the penultimate mission thingy and all I've
got to do is climb the inside of this tower across a walkway with moving
bits and gaps and things - but the frame-rate has suddenly decided to go all
jerky on me and it's positively impossible to finish the level.
OK - I'm running a PIII 800 with 128 MB of RAM and an extra 32MB on my
graphics card and yet the gameplay is AWFUL. Every time I get to a point
where I have to jump a gap - it's taking like a whole second to register the
command on screen and before I know it I'm suddenly plummeting downwards to
the start again.
AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!
I've tried turning the resolution right down and high detail off - but it
makes no difference whatsoever.
This is really annoying. I've no idea how large this level is - but surely
it can't be as large as the Island itself (which is pretty big) - can it?
The Brickster is perfectly safe in his tower - no sod can get up the stairs
to fight him!
This isn't the only problem I've had with this game - even though I've done
a full install and I've got about 12GB of space left on my drive for the
game to play around with if it needed it (!) it takes an age to load any of
the levels.
Has anyone else had any prob's like this?
Regards,
Andrew.

In Lego Island 2 (for PC), after you free the dinos from Mr. Hates camp, you
can go into the jungle village. Next to the tent, there's a small hut. Is it
just me, or is that a toilet in it? Hey, no matter what hemisphere you're in,
you need a bathroom...

Hi all,
just played the all new online Skateboarding Contest Game on LEGO.com .
Pretty neat 3D animated game, but once you get into it all those regular
lego.com kids seem to have no chance at all. After several tries I already
got into first place and unless someone beats me until mid July, then the
skateboard will be MINE !
Oh, yes, and I have uploaded two screenshots to Brickshelf, for those who
may have trouble with loading the game (due to shockwave, flash etc.)
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=4675
Hope the link works!
