We're not talking about the KING from the new sets, we're talking about the new
KNIGHT that is described above. The new knight has the same torso as the chess
king.

Ahhh, I just took another look at the box the 6091, you are correct
sir! I had overlooked him. It was late when I sent that reply :^) I
need to pay more attention, there goes my positively unique King.
I just have to arrange something/someone else for the job then.
Mike
All other themes are jsut spare parts for Castle!

I was thinking that the new knights could be used as special Royal Guard. I
believe they have different arms, legs and face than the Chess King, and with
that new helmet I guess they're different enough.
Hey, what about a King who doesn't dress for war? What if you use one of the
nicer pirate torsos that looks like a medieval tuxedo and have a King who rules
from the throne and does not fight on the battle field? No armor, no sword,
just a sceptre and fancy duds. Just a thought. Some of the ninja torsos would
be nice for this also.

| I have looked at these new knights and bulls for a while on scans:
The bulls, cows, whatever will be the Longhorns and make up one half of a
conferderacy of barbarians with the Wolfpack ( another small subset )combining
the two series will make them a force to be concidered by any king.
Now for the other guys:
king leo and his many twins become a regiment in the royal knight army. An
elite troop like "The Old Guard" or the "Iron Brigade"
The soldiers with the solid breast plate and flat helmet become a regiment in
the Crusader or original lion army much like a "highlander" regiment. Slightly
differnt from the rest of the army - elite.
also, the knights (black arms, chain armor with medal on chest) that are
similar to the chess king (red arms, chain with medal) become part of the Black
Knight army.
Still at a loss to deal with the female knight. Probably have to do some kind
of warrior queen deal.
