Very interesting, Mr. Hiveley.

I guess the title of the post does NOT say it all... :)

These are very well done synopses of the James Bond films, although they could be confusing for the non-Bond fan.

IMO, especially good is this one:

How DID you get the coins to stay on the wall?

“Big Daddy” Nelson

Thanks for your kind words!

Regarding the coins - I wedged them between rows of rails two plates apart:

(And they are trapped in the slots by the far wall and by the ornamental lights...)

Thanks again for taking the time to post your comments.

Those are great! It took me a little bit to figure a couple of them out. Specifically, OHMSS, since I’m haven’t seen that one for a long time. I love the cats everywhere.

Great Stuff! I am a huge bond fan so I found this particuarly enjoyable. I like the way you worked several elements of each movie into the scenes. My only quibble is with the Lazenby film (OHMSS) being included in the Connery era, although I guess one film doesn’t really qualify him to have his own era. Overall, excellent work and I look forward to the Moore years...

Brilliant.

The level of detail is fantastic. I hope you’re planning to do the rest of the series as well -- there’s so much good stuff to work with in the Bond films of the 70s. Very much looking foward to your treatment of The Spy Who Loved Me in particular.

Nice job working Blofeld’s cat into all the S.P.E.C.T.R.E. films. It took me a moment to place the “Three Blind Mice” from Dr. No, and forever to realize that the 1x1 tiles on Bond’s hands in O.H.M.S.S. are his pocket linings. (And is that a lollipop I see in Blofeld’s hand? You are a clever and resourceful man, Mr. Hively -- perhaps too clever!)

Bravo.
