Announcing... the First Joe Vig Contest!!!

You will find all the contest information on The First Joe Vig Contest page.

Please read and review the contest rules carefully. If you have any questions on the rules, please post a reply to this Announcement!

One of the rules states that you can have no more than 4 pictures. Does an animated .gif count as a single picture, or as a set of pictures?

As creator of the first animated vignettes, I never thought about using animated gifs to display them! (How embarrassing.) :)

Since we did not specify the file format of the pictures, we will allow animated .gif files to be entered, and each file will count as a single picture.
Please keep them to within the specified 800x600 resolution (max) though.

Good to know. I worried about that before submitting my animated Buster Keaton vig, but saw that you had accepted Chris’ animated “I saw Joe” vig already.
