I've never played the game, but I (...) (19 years ago, 18-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX)

Re: New MOC: MOAB —Mladen Pejic
(...) Glad I was able to inspire. :-) (...) Get out! First time to do arms, hands, and head? I could have sworn some of your other mecha had them. Anyways, for "firsts" your mecha look quite good. Better than good. In particular the red mecha (...) (19 years ago, 18-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: MOAB —Kyle Vrieze
(...) My Power Armors did, but they didn't fit a whole fig. There might be an old one in my b'shelf gallery, but nothing I posted here. (...) I went back and looked at the Panther through your link. I hadn't seen it in a long time, but I see I (...) (19 years ago, 21-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

(...) Hello Kyle, can I have at least one of 'em? This concept is so cool! I'll have to try one on my own. Really great. (...) It's nice to see the inspiration... (...)         Re: New MOC: MOAB —Geordan Hankinson
Kyle! I must say a week ago I ventured in to check out the newest Vrieze creation and was quite sorely disappointed. Upon initial inspection it looked like you had ditched completely the perfect, refined form that you had achieved with the spider (...) (19 years ago, 26-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: MOAB —Kyle Vrieze
(...) Wow, thanks for the thorough review! I wouldn't argue with the idea that the MOAB is not as good a mech as the Spider Tank. Everything just came together for me on that Spider, and I still don't know if I'll ever equal that effort. I'm glad (...) (19 years ago, 27-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: MOAB —Mark Neumann
What strikes me is the immediate anime look to them. Like the more cartoony style, which BTW I consider to be very cool. beefy and well armed, no surprise that I'm liking that. The dropship shot with stores is very cool. I completely forgive the (...) (19 years ago, 30-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: New MOC: MOAB —Kyle Vrieze
(...) Thanks for the comments, Mark. The calves are actually as thick as they possibly can be while allowing enough clearance on the front (above the foot) and in the back (retracting up to the thigh) so the MOAB can squat down low enough to fit in (...)
