I saw this earlier today on Brickshelf and knew it was yours the minute I saw
it.  Beautiful work with excellent use of colour to bring out the architectural
details.  Thanks for the historical background info on the Cathedral.  Hope
you're bringing it to Brickworld '08 so I'll have a chance to see it in person.

(...) Brian, Thanks for the amazing compliment. And yes, I’m definitely bringing it to Brickworld. Someone else asked me about the piece count. Given all the 1x1 plates and black plates needed to hold it together I’m estimating well over 10,000 (...) (16 years ago, 23-Mar-08, to lugnet.build.arch)

Salisbury Cathedral,located in southern England, will this year celebrate its 750th anniversary. The cathedral was completed in 1258 but the spire was not added until 1320. At the moment my MOC is also without a spire. I’ve attempted to build it a (...) (16 years ago, 22-Mar-08, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.build.arch) !!
